I wrote the other update a couple of days ago but ran out of time at the Internet cafe to update the site.  I just spent the last 36 hours on patrol...I'm exhausted.  The uprisings in the area have brought us out of our little cocoon here and patrols and security have been increased.  I spent the previous day on patrol, the night watching an area of desert, and all of today on patrol as well.  The good news is that I get a whole 12 hours off before my next 12 hours of patrolling and my Humvee is air conditioned.  Check out the new pictures I uploaded.
