Alpha Troop is back in the US of A. The transfer of authority ceremony was on the 31st and our last convoy to Anaconda was the next day. We flew out to Kuwait after waiting around the Pax terminal overnight and flew to Fort Dix, landing this morning (Friday) at 2am. Lots of snow on the ground and it's miseraly cold again. Brings back fond memories of our trainup...NOT. The demobilization process shouldn't take too long and we'll be back in Texas very soon.
