Well I hope this finds everyone doing fine. I tried sending some pics to James but the internet keeps freezing up over here. When I get some time I will probably have to send two at a time to update my pics. That or I will burn them on cd and bring them with me on mid tour leave. That of course is still up in the air as far as when I will be back.

Things are warming up over here but hasn't hit top temperatures yet. I can't wait for that to happen! haha. Here in the near future my company will be moving out of the Baghdad area to build a FOB. This will probably take us to the end of the deployment. Really looking forward to this because it will actually give us an opportunity to improve quality of life for other soldiers. Ask James he will tell you how some of these guys are living. I have to admit I have had it good up till now. Of course when we get there we will be in tents and hope to have a/c before it gets to warm over here. I am not sure how the internet will work over there but I will try and keep y'all updated on what I am doing. We are trying to take our satellite with us so we can hook our internet back up down there. Time will tell. I am doing good....just really really tired and looking forward to a break. We as a whole are doing well and looking forward to getting out on our own away from the micro-managing eyes of the Battalion. Thank you all for the emails, pics and packages. It really means alot to know that people are thinking of you. I love you all. To my son, Kenneth, I love you and miss you more than you can imagine. Daddy will see you soon.....
