What is WebMail? It is a module that allows you to setup multiple pop3 accounts and check them through your account on this website. The setup is simple, just fill in the blanks. The client is no frills. You can read email and compose new messages. There is also an address book. Mail is sent through my local SMTP server and is scanned for viruses on the way out. The person on the receiving end will get an email from your account name here (e.g., watts) with a return address of the email account in your profile.

I'm still testing whether it works properly through the UCS firewall. I also believe my local virus scanner also scans the messages as you access them by I'm not certain about that yet.

UPDATE: It does, in fact, work from UCS. Brian and I have verified this. It also appears the virus scanner does scan incoming and outgoing messages. Of course, I'm on the computer with the virus scanner, so it appears to work when I'm logged into the site from here. I'll keep looking at it.
